The price of a digital marketing agency depends on which services are included, how many designs or campaigns are delivered per month, whether the plan is monthly or one-time, and whether ad spend is inside or outside the fee. That is why a search for digital marketing agency pricing almost never gives a single number. At Ciclicko, content creation, Google Ads management and Google Business Profile optimization are priced on request, depending on scope. Spend paid to Google is always outside the fee. This article covers the agency as a whole. If you want the price of just one service, we have separate guides to what a Google Ads specialist costs and what a social media professional costs.
Why digital marketing agency pricing varies so much
The price varies because “digital marketing” covers services that have nothing to do with each other. An agency that only produces posts and one that manages Google ads sell different work, with different costs.
When you compare two proposals, four variables explain almost all of the difference:
- Services included. Content, ads, Google Business Profile, SEO, website. Each one is its own job.
- Volume. How many designs per month, how many campaigns, how many pages.
- Recurrence. Monthly plan or one-time delivery.
- Ad budget. Inside or outside the fee. If it’s inside, the proposal looks expensive and isn’t.
The last one causes the most confusion. Google Ads charges the budget directly to the advertiser’s card or boleto (Brazilian bank slip), on a budget you set and can change at any time, as the official budget help page shows. The agency fee is a separate amount, paid to the agency.
Ciclicko services in 2026
The table below is our catalog, with the name of each plan. Pricing depends on scope and is sent on request. Services without a listed plan are quoted case by case, and we explain why below.
| Service | Plan | Price | What’s included |
|---|---|---|---|
| Content creation | Basic | On request | 5 designs per month, no reels |
| Content creation | Standard | On request | 10 designs per month, up to 1 reel |
| Content creation | Premium | On request | 30 designs per month, up to 5 reels, captions and schedule |
| Google Ads | Free Google Ads audit | Free | Account review, for budgets starting at R$1,000/month |
| Google Ads | Premium Setup | On request | Account, 1 campaign, GTM, GA4 and conversions, no monthly management |
| Google Ads | Elite Management | On request | Full setup and management with optimization rounds on days 7 and 14 |
| Google Business Profile | Free Google Business Profile audit | Free | Profile report compared with 3 competitors |
| Google Business Profile | Google Business Profile Express Kit | On request | Step-by-step method to do it yourself |
| Google Business Profile | Profile Ready in 10 Days | On request | Full optimization applied within 10 days |
| Google Business Profile | Premium | On request | Everything in the previous plan, plus competitor and regional research |
On the Profile Ready in 10 Days plan, the guarantee is on delivery. If the items in the plan aren’t applied within 10 days, counted from when we get manager access to the profile, the full amount is refunded. It does not guarantee a position on Google.
Details on each service are on the pages for content creation, Google Ads management and Google Business Profile optimization.
What has no fixed price, and why
SEO, standalone GA4 and Tag Manager setup, and website creation are quoted after we look at your case. It’s not to hide the price. The work simply varies too much from one client to another.
For on-page SEO, an 8-page site and a store with 2,000 products call for efforts that don’t fit in the same table. What weighs most on the quote is the number of pages, the technical state of the site, and whether the copy will be rewritten or just adjusted. The SEO and GEO service is on the website optimization page.
For GA4 and Tag Manager, what changes the price is how many conversions need to be measured and where the sale closes. A form on a website is one thing. A sale on WhatsApp or in a CRM is another.
Be wary of a price list that gives a fixed SEO price for any website. It usually hides a small scope.
How to read an agency proposal
Before comparing numbers, put the proposals on the same footing. A sheet with these lines does the job.
- Agency fee per month, separate from the ad budget.
- Suggested ad budget, and where it’s paid.
- List of deliverables with quantities (designs, campaigns, pages).
- Turnaround time for each deliverable.
- Report frequency and format.
- Lock-in period, cancellation fee and what happens when you leave.
Once the worksheet is filled in, the cheapest proposal often stops being the cheapest. A low fee with a high “minimum budget” paid through the agency costs more than a higher fee with ad spend paid by you. The clauses that protect you are in hiring a digital marketing agency: 10 clauses.
Monthly or one-time payment: when each makes sense
Services that need ongoing attention are billed monthly. Ads are the clearest case, because the campaign changes with competition, search terms and the time of year, and someone has to check the account every week. Content works the same way, since the profile needs new posts every month.
Google Business Profile and account setup work well as a one-time deliverable. Once the category, services, photos and description are right, the profile needs only light upkeep, which the owner can do with a checklist. The Google Ads Setup Premium follows the same idea and was designed for those who want the account built and will manage it themselves.
In the proposal, check that the monthly plan includes real monthly work. A plan that becomes just an automated report after the first month is a fee with no work behind it.
How much to set aside for ad spend
The fee is only half of the cost when the service is paid search. The other half is the ad spend, and it depends on the cost per click in your industry.
In our CPC survey by industry, the median across 103 industries was R$4.96 per click. That figure is the bid Google estimates for the top of the page in October 2026, not what each company pays. Use it as a rough order of magnitude. With a click cost close to that, R$1,000 per month buys around 200 clicks.
The full calculation, with examples by goal, is in how much to invest in Google Ads.
What the price search itself tells you
Few people search for agency prices on Google, and those who do are already close to deciding. In Keyword Planner, in October 2026, the search “agência de marketing digital preço” showed 30 searches per month. The variation “empresa de marketing digital preço” had 20, with a top-of-page bid of up to R$11.16.
It’s a small search, but a high-intent one. If you got here through it, the next useful step is a diagnosis of your situation, because no price table can tell you which plan makes sense for you.
Signs the price doesn’t add up
A few signs show that a low price will end up costing more.
- A fee that includes “media budget” without saying how much goes to Google.
- A package with Instagram, Google, website and SEO for less than any one of those services usually costs.
- A promise of results with numbers, such as guaranteed followers or sales.
- Ad account created in the agency’s name.
- No report defined in the contract.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a digital marketing agency cost per month? It depends on the services. At Ciclicko, content creation and Google Ads management have monthly pricing on request, not counting ad spend. To get your quote, message us on WhatsApp.
Is the ad spend included in the agency fee? Not at Ciclicko. The spend is paid directly to Google, on your company’s card or by bank slip (boleto), and you can track every charge on the platform’s invoice.
How much does a digital marketing company cost for a small business? The price follows the same logic of service and volume. For a small business, starting with a single area usually pays off more than a full package, and the path is in our guide for small businesses choosing an agency.
Is it worth paying an agency or doing it yourself? Doing it yourself works when you have time to learn and measure. On Google Business Profile, for example, the GBP Express Kit exists for that. An agency makes sense when the owner’s time is worth more than the fee.
Why doesn’t SEO have a fixed price? Because the effort depends on the size and condition of the site. An 8-page site and a store with thousands of products don’t fit the same budget.
Start with the free audit
Before comparing proposals, know where you stand. The free Google Ads audit analyzes the account of those who already advertise with a budget of R$1,000 per month or more. If your business depends on the map, the free Google Business Profile audit compares your profile with three competitors. To see all areas, the Ciclicko home page lists the services.
