Ciclicko Google Ads case studies
In these Google Ads case studies, we show what was done in each account, what changed, how long it took and what can't be credited to our work alone. Numbers come straight from the accounts themselves.
How to read a case study
Each case shows the starting point, what was done, the result measured in Google Ads, the timeframe, and what can't be attributed to our work alone. Numbers come from the account itself, based on the main conversion, and the client is not identified.

E-commerce in Europe · Performance Max
ROAS from 7x to 11x in the first month back under management
- Context
- European online store selling in euros. The Performance Max campaign was set up by Ciclicko and ran for a few months without our management.
- Before
- During the three months without management, ROAS stayed between 7.2x and 7.9x, with part of the budget going unused.
- What we did
- We resumed management with bidding set to maximize conversion value, a 700% ROAS target, and a budget scaled up month by month.
- Result
- In the first month back, €1,054 invested turned into €11,678 in sales, a 11.1x ROAS. Months later, the account reached 14.7x.
- Timeframe
- From October 2025 to today.
- Limitations
- The first month coincided with the Christmas season, the strongest period for the industry, and in the same month the year before the account had hit 9.2x. A budget cut hurt performance for a while, and mid-year tends to be weaker for this store.
Beauty e-commerce in Europe · Performance Max
ROAS more than doubled in three months
- Context
- Online cosmetics store with one Performance Max campaign.
- What we did
- We fixed tracking (enhanced conversions, Consent Mode v2, and a duplicate purchase tag), switched bidding to maximize conversion value, built lists with more than 100 negative keywords, and rebuilt the ads.
- Result
- ROAS grew three months in a row, from 0.94 to 2.09, with monthly sales going from 14 to 40 purchases. It dropped in the fourth month, and the account is still being adjusted.
- Timeframe
- May to September 2026, under ongoing management.
- Limitations
- The duplicate tag inflated the earlier numbers, and the main conversion changed source during the period. Out-of-stock items in part of the catalog and a few days with the store closed also weighed on the weaker months.
